J.W. Belden:
Keyboards, drums, guitar, bass, lead and back-up vocals. J.W. started
playing music in the 3rd grade and has played in numerous bands
in the past, including Nickelodeon and the well known Vegas Elvis
Impersonators. J.W. comes from a Grammy award winning family, and has
received 3 awards from the Dept. of Defense for overseas shows.
Sharon Dennis:
Lead vocals, back-up vocals, keyboards and percussion. Sharon brings a wealth of
experience to the band with a wide variety of vocal styles. Former bands
include Double Shot (Tobacco Company house band), Rosetta Stone, and Baby
Huey and the Babysitters. In addition, Sharon has written and performed
numerous studio "jingles" for regional and national clients.
Butch Earnhardt:
Tenor sax, baritone sax, keyboards, lead and back-up vocals. Butch started
playing in 1964 with The Barracudas who produced 2 records. He also played
in the very popular Smash Machine and has been with Flashback for many
years. His experience and positive attitude are what Flashback is all
about!
Gary Hartle:
Tenor, alto, and soprano saxophones and back-up vocals. Gary has 35 plus
years of musical experience and has performed with many of Richmond's legacy
bands. Some of these bands include Chess, and the Kevin Reynolds band. Gary
is nicknamed the "Doctor of Soul" because of his R&B style on the sax. Gary
is also famous for being able to play 2 saxophones at the same time!!
Coleman Lyttle:
Drums, keyboards, lead and back-up vocals. Coleman is the band's owner and
goes the extra mile to please the customer. He started music in 1962 and has
been in various choirs, recitals, concerts, and bands since then. His
background includes classical, jazz, and professional road band experience
with Shady Oak and City Lights. He founded Flashback in 1982 and believes in
providing the customer professional service with attention to detail. 
Steve Paulini:
Lead guitar, bass guitar, lead vocals and back-up vocals. Steve has been playing
guitar for over 35 years and is versatile in many styles of music from pop
and top 40 to R&B, and from country to standards. A founding member of the
highly popular regional band Casper, Steve performed with them for 26 years,
and joined Flashback in January of 2000. Steve's four octave vocal range and
high soaring falsetto voice bring a new added dimension to the Flashback
team.
Mike Roberts:
Trumpet, lead vocals, back-up vocals, keyboards, horn section arranger. Mike
brings to Flashback his 30 years of experience with such professional road
bands as Bill Deal and the Rhondells (1978-1983), Pandemonium from Atlanta,
and Ron Moody and the Centaurs. Mike has previously toured with B.J.Thomas
and brings pure energy to fronting the band.
Chris Salamone:
Sound Engineer. Chris has mixed live sound for such national acts as Hootie
and the Blowfish, Vince Gill, Leroy Parnell, and Reba McIntire. He is
currently working on projects at his recording studio in Fredericksburg (Salamone's)
with Leroy Parnell and John Starling of Seldom Scene. He is known as being
one of the best in the business at a national level!
Tommy Wilkes:
Trombone, lead and back-up vocals. Tom has over 30 years experience with
bands such as the Kooltones, Bedrock, and Smackdab. His style reflects
influences from Chicago, Tower of Power, Earth Wind and Fire, and the
Average White Band.
Chris Colohan:
Bass guitar, drums, lead guitar, lead vocals, and backing vocals. Chris has
been playing music in one form or another for most of his life. He comes
from a family full of musicians and was influenced by bassists such as
Stanley Clarke, Chris Squire, and Bootsey Collins. His former bands include
The Wild Roots, T.C. & The Hot House Band, and The Rotations. In addition
to being a great bass player Chris is also a great sound engineer - still
keeping his chops up by occasionally running sound for various local and
regional acts.
